Car manufacturer Fiat introduces American customers to an efficiently designed 2012 Fiat 500 Cabrio with open-air driving features and innovative technology.

The new 2012 Fiat 500c features a premium dual-layer power-operated cloth top that is designed to deliver all-season driving pleasure with the top up or down. With just the push of a button, the Fiat 500c’s power-operated cloth top retracts up to the rear spoiler during speeds up to 60 mph.

Car manufacturer Opel has unveiled their latest release for Opel Meriva as a Design Edition consisting of many exquisite looks such as the Casablanca White, Magma Red, Technical Grey, Star Silver and Henna. According to the press release, more seductive looks are available for Europe’s best-selling small monocab since it is enjoying such popularity in Europe. This is Opel’s top seller in its segment selling 120,000 new Merivas with just one year after the start of production. COOL!

Car manufacturer Cadillac has unveiled the release of its new baby – the 2012 Cadillac SRX which offer a more powerful 3.6L engine. This new engine is set to deliver an improved acceleration for the SRX series. Aside from that, there are also added features, namely:

• Bluetooth becomes standard on all models
• Heated steering wheel for luxury, performance and premium versions
• New 20-inch machined-face wheel finish

The most popular car name in the world, Porsche, has decided to make their line a lot tougher to wipe out the competition by building a new Porsche Cajun Crossover in Leipzig. Matthias Müller, chairman of the Porsche AG board of management, has this to say about the decision:

During the production of the Cayenne and the Panamera, our Leipzig plant has impressively proved that it can produce premium vehicles of highest quality. The decision in favour of this location is proof of our trust in the skills and qualifications of our Leipzig associates, and at the same time another contribution to the economic advancement of the region.
